Re: Thank you Hello Kuni, Ohayo-gozaimasu Next week-end will be more exciting though. We host the US-Japan Taiko Festival, which is a big Taiko concert with groups from America and Japan. This year from Japan we have Masakado Taiko, Tomisato Hizume Taiko, Kanda Jinja Gagaku. Have you seen or heard any of these groups play before? If you have I would like to know what you think of them. Well, I have to get back to work now. Please write back and tell me about your group and what you are doing. I would like to know stuff like how often you play, how long you have been playing and how you train for taiko. If you would like, I will send you one of our CD's too! I am looking
forward to hearing from you. Re: Re: Thank you Hello Rik. First of all, I have one thing to tell you. I'm sorry but I don't know about Tomisato Hizume Taiko or Kanda Jinnjya Gagaku at all. Our Hi no Taiko doesn't concern them. Our performing has kept traditional style which passed down from generation to generation for long time. So perhaps it is different from the playing you might imagine. However, I am interested in your activity. and if you send your CD, I'll accept your favor. Ro-maji ga wakarunara Ro-maji de hanashi tai desu. Thank you. Kuni |
